In order to access our VIP collection, you need to complete the following steps.

Step 1. Buy a VIP membership. CLICK HERE

Step 2. Create an Account. CLICK HERE
Please note that you must register your account and confirm your account. Please register using the same email you made a purchase with. Look out for an email that says "Customer account activation' from Pixie when you have register your email. Check your spam as well. Even if you have made a purchase with that email previously. You will still need to confirm this account. If you are getting a "No account exist" error. You must click the link on step 2 and retrieve a new Customer Account Activation email.

Step 3. Once we receive the request, we will approve your request ASAP. This is done during the day time. So if you made a purchase during USA sleep hours, you will be granted access the next morning. 

Step 4. Once you have received our fulfillment email. Please login into your account and click on the VIP collection on our Main Menu.

Step 5. Enjoy!

If you are having issues with login, please confirm that you have activated your account. Please look for an email from Pixie called "Account Activation". Check spam folder. VIP status is only accessible to emails associated with the purchase.
