We have a 10 day return policy, (VIP COLLECTION EXCLUDED) Item must not be worn. Once we have received the item, we inspect before approving refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending us back the item.
VIP COLLECTION ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE FROM DAY OF PURCHASE (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE EXCEPT STORE CREDIT OR ITEM SWAP FOR EQUAL OR MORE VALUE)
Please note that the return shipping is not free unless the item has a defect or suffered shipping damage. Please contact us as soon as possible for any defects. Do not wait till the last day to try to file a defect claim. We cover shipping if the item is reported within reasonable time.
